For all bookings, a bank card imprint and a deposit (25%) will be required. All cancellations must be notified by email. In the event of cancellation, the following sums are payable:

  • in the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival, the 25% deposit will not be refunded;
  • in the event of cancellation within two weeks before arrival, 100% of the price will be due;
  • in the event that a stay is cut short, the amount corresponding to the full price of the accommodation remains payable.

The Couvent de la Salette does not have an elevator to access the rooms. They can be reached via a staircase. People with reduced mobility are invited to contact us before making any reservation.

Please note that, for safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children under the age of five.
